CANCELLATIONS

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice – otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged. The clinic's answerphone service is available for bookings and/or cancellations before, and after hours.

All appointments are confirmed the day before by your therapist.

EXPRESS TREATMENTS

We appreciate many clients are short on time, and we are able to accommodate by offering two, or three therapists at the one time. Imagine having a facial, a manicure, and a pedicare all at the same time – this is really the ultimate pampering express-ience!

HOW TO SPA

To ensure you get the best ...
Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment so that you have time to relax, and fill out our client questionnaire. You may have a condition that could affect the success of, or our ability to perform, your requested treatment.

At subsequent treatments, please notify us if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are using Retin A, Roaccutane, or any photosensitising or keratolytic medications, or have recently had laser or plastic surgery.

We also ask that you clearly communicate your specific requirements with your assigned therapist before, and during the treatment (if necessary), so your facial, massage or nail treatment can be customised to meet your expectations (whether it be more extensive extractions, lighter or more intense massaging pressure, square or round nail shaping, etc).
