CANCELLATIONS
If you have to cancel an appointment please give us 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will apply for appointments of 30 minutes or longer. The clinics answerphone service and website are available for bookings and/or cancellations outside the spa s opening hours.
